Here's some basic info for you as you move through your 3 day cleanse and give you some 'food for thought' to go with the juices. It's important to understand that three days of juicing is just like hitting the reset button; you eliminate all the processed food stuff, and then (hopefully) return to regular eating with fresher food and better habits.

It's free and it helps you keep track of every bite as you add food back in and also tells you what you are getting in the way of nutrition each day. You can also log your physical activity and calorie burn. You can share it with a friend and get a buddy system going too.

on day 1

You’ll probably go through some discomfort as your body goes without it's usual food. You may get a headache. The Turmeric elixir is a great option for easing the aches and pains. You also may feel a bit fatigued although many people feel very energized. Spreading your juices out, drinking the alkaline water and taking time out to relax can all help to make the process easier.

on day 2
